St Louis on Blyth is a resident funded boutique independent living unit development comprising four one bedroom and one two bedroom unit immediately adjacent St Louis Nursing Home in Parkside. Finishes and appliances are of premium quality, consistent with our prestige extra service nursing home.

In addition St Louis on Blyth residents can access for an additional fee St Louis specialised services such as podiatry, physiotherapy, diversional therapy, hairdressing, bus outings etc.

Additional services available

Meals: Cooked on site. St Louis has just undertaken a kitchen renovation overseen by our qualified chef including installation of a new state of the art computerized steam oven. Cost: $10 per meal.

Commonwealth Funded in home care: St Louis Community Care Packages provide Commonwealth funded Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) offering up to 5 hours of service per week as needed. ACAT (Aged Care Assessment Team) approval is required to access this service - we can assist in arranging an assessment. Services are co-ordinated by a Registered Nurse who is on call 24 hours and may include cleaning, shopping, social outings, appointments and personal care such as showering.

Private in Home Care: St Louis Lifestyle provides services as required by the resident and are often similar to those provided by CACPs and also feature a 24 hour on call Registered Nurse. There is no minimum or maximum service time or wait list with services charged by the minute. No assessment is required and services may be implemented at very short notice - just call: we can have help there the same day.
