Aged Support At Home

Would you like to monitor and manage your health with home nursing and health support?

You don’t have a licence anymore and you would like some help to get to the supermarket to do your shopping and to get to appointments?

Do you need some support with doing jobs around the house like hanging our laundry and keeping the house clean?

Have you had a fall and need some support to get moving, or need some health service for pain, or need small modifications around your home to move safely and confidently?

Would you like some social support and transport to get to appointments and do the grocery shopping?

Do you want help getting ready in the morning with dressing and putting your shoes on?

Are you noticing that your children and loved ones are busy and stressed with their own lives and do not have the time to provide support or to get things done when you need it?

Are you looking to live at home for longer and need some support now to ensure you can remain independent and safe? Some help at home may make some of your daily activities and personal care that have become difficult to do on your own easier to do even though you are managing for now but don’t know how long you can maintain this or you or you may have some health concerns and would like to monitor and manage it in the comfort of your own home or you may be thinking that you don’t have family or friends you can rely on for help and need someone to help you get things done. These are just some of the situations that start the process of getting home care support immediately.

Home care support and government-funded home care packages support you to maintain your independence and safety to live at home as you get older. Recognising when you may need support and getting the support you choose, gives you control of the home care services you receive and ensure they meet your expectations, and helps maintain your independence and dignity.

Home care packages support your independence and safety to live at home so when there are changes in health, and energy levels (you are tired during the day and not getting general daily activities or personal care done easily), you need to hold onto the furniture as you move around, you don’t feel like you move easily anymore, getting out of your chair after sitting is difficult, you just don’t feel the same your health has changed and you are aware of it, you don’t remember how to do things or have changed the way they you do things, or your life has changed as you don’t have a drivers licence or car anymore and you can’t get anything done on your own anymore. Making the decision to get support, while you live at home, will maintain your independence, health, safety, and ability to do daily activities and maintain social connections that are important to you.

Finding the right Home Care support depends on what your needs are, here are some of the support services we offer:

  • Assistance with Shopping and meal preparation
