We support and enable participants to live their life to the best of their ability every day, regardless of their age or capacity.
Hobbies and interests outside the home are encouraged and supported. Our participants enjoy a range of activities such as swimming, walking, gardening, cooking and general daily tasks.
We encourage participants to make choices about how they spend their day. We work alongside them, providing the right amount of support to succeed in every activity they choose.
Our homes are warm and welcoming. Family members are encouraged to visit and support their loved one in their daily lives.
We look for the potential to build on each person’s strengths, abilities and personal interests to maintain a sense of purpose.

Careful attention to the design, layout, colours and design of our homes, allows for everyone to enjoy a harmonious and peaceful environment to support their wellbeing.
By taking all five senses into consideration in caring for your loved one, our homes provide a sense of belonging and feeling safe and calm for the people living here. We make changes in the homes to accommodate the people living there at the time.
Perceptions of colour can alter in people living with younger or early-onset dementia. We use colour to create awareness of spaces, directions and comfort.
Carefully placed lighting in the home supports and guides people to where they need to go, and provides a secure sense of direction.
We pay attention to making the homes peaceful and calm to allow for ease of communication to minimise or manage each client if there is any confusion or agitation.
Smells and aromas anchor a sense of peace and safety in the home and can stimulate cognitive abilities to remember and activate skills.
Our homes provide both private and communal spaces to help maintain a sense of calm and privacy while also interacting with others for social connection.
We pay attention to flow, circulation, and continuity in the design of our homes. We want people to feel like they’re at home, moving independently without our intervention where possible.
